This website has no contact forms and no accounts. The only way information reaches us is a phone call you choose to make.

Cicero Water Damage Pros is a call referral service. When you call, your call may be connected to an independent, locally operated water damage restoration provider who performs the work. Information we collect
When you call
Calls to the number on this website are handled through a third-party call-tracking and call-routing service. When you call, the following may be collected:
- Your phone number (caller ID), and the date, time and length of the call
- The general location associated with your phone number
- Which page or advertisement led to the call
- A recording of the call, where recording is enabled. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and dispute resolution. If you do not want to be recorded, say so when the call is answered, or end the call.
- Anything you choose to share during the call, such as your name, address and details about the water damage
When you visit this website
- No analytics cookies. This site does not use Google Analytics or other tracking cookies of its own.
- Hosting logs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Embedded maps. Some pages show an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
- Images and fonts. All photos and fonts are served from this website itself. No image or font requests go to third parties.

- To follow up about the request you made on the call
- To review call quality
- To measure which pages and advertising are useful, and improve the website
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- The restoration provider your call is connected to, so they can help you
- Service providers who run the phone system, call tracking and hosting, under their own privacy and security terms
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of anyone
- In a business transfer, such as a change in who operates this website or the phone line
Cookies and your choices
The only cookies that may be set come from embedded Google Maps. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; there is no common standard for it, so this site does not respond to it.
How long we keep information
Call records and recordings are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically no longer than two years, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute. Hosting logs are kept according to Cloudflare's retention settings.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls at our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
